- Corpay is currently looking to hire an Senior Product Manager to join the UK Vehicle Payments team (UKVP) in the International Vehicle Payments division of Corpay.

- As a Senior Product Manager, you will be expected to work in a flexible office environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in London, Swindon, Meriden, Walsall, Sheffield or Harrogate, UK

- The responsibilities of the role will include performing and/or managing the following:
- Owning the end-to-end strategy and performance of Corpay's core fuel products, with clear accountability for commercial outcomes
- Defining and executing product strategies that drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and customer retention
- Collaborating with commercial, pricing, and network teams to optimise pricing models and supplier relationships
- Leading market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth within the fleet fuel space
- Translate business objectives into clear product roadmaps, prioritising initiatives based on commercial impact and customer value
- Driving strong execution across the product lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery and continuous optimisation
- Influence and align cross-functional teams including technology, operations, sales, and marketing to deliver high-impact solutions
- Use customer insights, behavioural data, and analytics to inform decision-making and continuously improve product performance
- Partner closely with go-to-market and sales teams to ensure successful product positioning, launches, and adoption
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring clear visibility of product performance and ROI
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring delivery against strategic and financial targets
- Maintaining high-quality product documentation and clear communication across stakeholders at all levels
- Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience owning or influencing P&L, pricing, or revenue-driving products
- Experience within fleet, fuel cards, mobility, payments, or a closely related industry is highly desirable
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex products that drive measurable business outcomes
- Strong analytical capability, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Experience working in agile environments, with a focus on continuous delivery and iteration
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse teams
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision and short-term delivery
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Resilient and adaptable, comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving market
