- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development (3+ years recommended):
- JavaScript (server-side scripting)
- Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Hands on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities , such as: Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence / ML models
- Understanding of: AI/ML concepts (basic to advanced depending on seniority), Generative AI use cases in enterprise platforms and Data structures (CMDB, Knowledge, ticket data)
- Experience with integrations: REST APIs, OAuth, IntegrationHub / event-driven integrations
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to design scalable solutions
