About the role
As a Crew Member of our co-working space, you will be the welcoming face of our community, providing exceptional customer service to members, guests, and visitors. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all individuals entering our space. In addition to managing the reception area, you will assist in administrative tasks and support various operational aspects of the co-working environment. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and handling incoming and outgoing communications via emails and phone calls to support the efficient operation of the co-working space. Coordinate mail and package handling, ensuring accurate distribution to members. Monitor the cleanliness and organization of common areas, including the reception and pantry area and shared workspaces. Report any maintenance issues or facility concerns to the appropriate personnel for timely resolution. Liaise with our Agencies for new & ongoing advertising & social media rollouts.
