Define and implement processes for partner engagement (RFI/RFP) and resource planning. Track and report all external partner activities within the new category. Drive design decisions that balance Dyson's brand identity with outsourced and internal delivery models. Act as a key design authority, ensuring technical integrity and compliance with Dyson's standards throughout the development lifecycle. Influence and align cross-functional teams to achieve design and business objectives. About you Degree in Engineering or Science (or equivalent experience). 8+ years' experience in product design and development, with exposure to end-to-end delivery. Strong understanding of tooling, manufacturing techniques, and product development frameworks. Experience in mechanical and electrical engineering; familiarity with operations and supply chain. Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver against time, cost, and quality targets. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Commercial awareness and data-driven decision-making. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.
