About the role

Requirements

• The following are required for the role
• University+ degree
• Practical experience in the manufacturing industry or related to plants, equipment, control systems, or information systems (Design, maintenance, commissioning, IT, DX promotion, project management, etc. - specific job duties are not required)
• Ability to communicate smoothly with internal and external stakeholders and organize and coordinate issues
• Motivation to learn new technologies and systems and utilize them for business improvement
• Ability to perform tasks in Japanese (document creation, meetings, coordination, etc.)
• Candidates with a background in or practical experience in any of the following fields:
• Electrical, electronic, and control engineering
• Information engineering and systems engineering
• Chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.
• Experience in the introduction, updating, and operation of DCS/PLC/SCADA/MES, etc.
• Experience participating in DX, digitalization, and automation projects in manufacturing sites
• Experience in basic design, specification creation, and vendor control of control systems and information systems
• Experience in data utilization (visualization, analysis) and business improvement activities (QC, TPM, etc.)
• Experience working with overseas vendors and the ability to communicate technically in English
• Project management and leadership experience
• Holders of relevant professional qualifications (e.g., Chief Electrical Engineer, Information Processing Engineer, Electrician, Instrumentation Engineer, etc.)

• ・新しい技術・仕組みを学び、業務改善に活かそうとする意欲のある方
• ・日本語での業務遂行能力（資料作成、会議、調整業務等）
• ・以下いずれかに関連する分野を学んだ、または実務経験を有する方
• ・電気・電子・制御工学
• ・情報工学・システム工学
• ・化学工学・機械工学 等
• ・DCS／PLC／SCADA／MES等の導入、更新、運用経験
• ・製造現場のDX、デジタル化、自動化プロジェクトへの参画経験
• ・制御システム・情報システムの基本設計、仕様書作成、ベンダーコントロール経験
• ・データ活用（可視化、分析）、業務改善活動（QC、TPM等）の経験
• ・海外ベンダーとの業務経験、英語での技術的なやり取りが可能な方
• ・プロジェクトマネジメント、リーダー経験
• ・業務関連資格保有者
• （電気主任技術者、情報処理技術者、電気工事士、計装士 等）
