- Required Skills & Experience
- 6 + years of hands-on experience in enterprise storage and backup operations (or equivalent).
- Administration of SAN/NAS/object storage; provisioning (LUNs/volumes), performance monitoring, and capacity planning.
- Experience with major storage arrays (HPE 3PAR/Primera / Alletra , NetApp, Dell EMC, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of zoning, masking, and multipathing ( Fibre Channel / iSCSI).
- Backup platform administration (Commvault, Veritas NetBackup, Veeam, Rubrik, Cohesity, or similar) including policies, retention, validation, and restore testing.
- Disaster recovery concepts and experience supporting DR testing and planning.
