The compensation target for this role is: $89,300 - $105,000Job SummaryJob DescriptionEssential Duties & Responsibilities:Communicates with the general staff on the C -level Executives behalf and coordina tes logistics with high-level meetings both internally and externally. Coordinates meetings and strategic activities with the SLT, and senior mana gement teams .Drafts reports, prepares and coordinates oral and written communication.Manage s ad hoc projects from scoping through delivery , co ordinating across teams as needed.Supports C -level Executive s in his/her external commitments, including service on ex ternal boa rds, committees and other groups.Takes minutes and action items for weekly Executive team meetings.Order s supplies and snacks for the Executive Team.Required Skills, Education, Experience:Ability to use judgement and discretion in many situations over significant discussion points relevant to the success of the business.At least 7+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite Execs .Impeccable written and verbal communication.Extensive experience working with senior executives.Ability to work effectively and positively under pressure with frequent interruptions.Well organized and proactive problem solver who can work independently while interacting well with others.A good humored and amicable person who cares about their work and wants to make a difference.Physical RequirementsPhysical activities may occasionally include:Remaining in stationary position, often standing, or sitting for prolonged periods of time.Adjusting or moving objects up to 15 pounds in all directions.Physical activities may constantly include:Communicating with others to exchange information.Repetitive motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.Assessing the accuracy, neatness and thoroughness of work assigned.Environmental Conditions may occasionally include:Noisy open office environmentBENEFITS AND PERKSMedical, Dental, Vision401(k) MatchFlexible PTOEarn a MattressPurple SwagAmazing Purple ProductsWHY WORK AT PURPLE?Make your mark: We value innovative thinking.
