Job Description Designs of mechanical engineering service for building projects, and knowledge of mechanical engineering services Prepare tender documents, call tenders, evaluate tender returns and recommend tender awards Engage in discussions with relevant authorities for preparations and submissions of plans Work with others engineers and designer to complete assigned work within deadlines. Attend meetings with clients, contractors and suppliers Manage project through defined project scopes, detailed project plans & seek client's agreements for sign-off Shall be responsible for the coordination and supervision for installation and Testing and Commissioning of building services of projects undertaken by the company, e.g: mechanical system, Project Management and site supervision works. Track project status and provide regular updates to ensure projects are on tracks Any other works as may be directed due to specific requirement of the projects Job Requirements Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering duly recognised by Professional Engineer Board of Singapore and accepted universities within the BCA listing Preferably 3 to 5 years of working experience in designs, supervisions and implementation Experience in engineering consultancy or construction industry would be an added advantage Able to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment Be independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and deliver timely. Perform as a good team player.
