Qualifications must be clearly verifiable in your resume. Government positions must include pay plan, series, grade, to and from dates, and government agency/department. Applicants who meet both the minimum qualifications and highly qualified criteria will be referred to the selecting official for consideration first. Management may subsequently request to review a referral list of all minimally qualified applicants.
