English, German, Chinese or Malay). Initiative, strong result orientation, good communication skills Must stay hungry and have a hunter mindset Good understanding of customer needs, able to understand and analyze customer needs, can effectively manage customer expectations. Strong communication and presentation skills, able to converse well in Bahasa and English (for Indonesia Market) Customer service oriented mindset. Ability to work in a multinational team Willingness and ability for regular travel inside and outside of Singapore and Malaysia (for trainings, customer visits at local production plants/local and overseas trade related events)
