In this role, you will handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and guide prospects through the intake process with professionalism and empathy. Your ability to actively listen, communicate clearly, and build trust will directly impact client conversion and overall business growth. Monthly Compensation: $1,142 to $1,220 USD Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Collect payments via provided link - Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally - Prepare and submit daily reports using Google Sheets - Track pipeline and intake progress accurately - Schedule new appointments using Google Calendar - Proactively inform clients about the fee - Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism - Convert leads into clients through effective communication and follow-up
