Responsibilities

Requirements

Previous faculty experience in an academic setting is preferred. Salary and academic rank are based on qualifications.
  • Epic EMR experience is preferred.

Job Description: The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Women's Health at the University of Louisville School of Medicine is hiring for an OBGYN Generalist to be considered as a full-time academic specialist in general obstetrics and gynecology. The Department of OB/Gyn and Women's Health is comprised of 17 full-time physician faculty with representation of board-certified subspecialties of MFM, Gyn-Onc, and FPMRS and members with focused practice in MIGS and Advanced Family Planning. Our team also includes three CNM and four women's health NP. The department has a strong program of 24 residents that actively participate in section activities during their training. Current fellowship programs include FPMRS, minimally invasive gyn surgery, and reproductive endocrinology and infertility. The Generalist Division provides complex obstetrical care to a diverse population with support from our MFM colleagues. We teach a steady stream of bright learners from Kentucky and beyond.
