  • About You
  • Master or PhD degree level in a Science or Engineering discipline, or equivalent, preferably in Food Science & Technology
  • Minimal10 years of experience in a relevant role, and minimal 6 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Fluent in English. A second language is a plus.
  • An experienced product expert in ingredients used in coating & filling, with a specific focus on fats.
  • Good knowledge of product application, formulation and processing of coating &filling.
  • Good business acumen in markets across the global, or minimum in a specific region(AMEA, WEU, CEE, NAM, LATAM).
  • Good understanding of consumer and customer centric design of product innovation in a B2B business environment.

Additional Information

This role is responsible for leading & deliver a global innovation program of ingredients used in coating, filling & beverages, with a specific focus on fats. This person is also responsible for the fat portfolio used in the BC organization. This person will manage a team of product experts to execute and deliver global innovation projects. This person will also manage the Compound Science Lab in the Global Innovation Center @ Singapore. The role reports to the VP, Cacao Coating CoE and R&D AMEA
