About the role
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for management and maintenance for the common areas of the deployed estate/building. Require to supervise the estate/building management, maintenance and security personnel and term and ad-hoc contractors engaged to maintain and upkeep the building and facilities Supervise the project work in common area and schedule the testing work for relevant certificates & licence renewal. Manage and maintain all upkeeping activities of the estate/building. Receive and attend complaints by residents and owners on the common properties. Preparation of meetings including management report and follow up on the instruction given by the meeting. General Administrative works. Job Requirements: Welcome fresh graduates (OJT will be provided). Diploma in Integrated Facility Management, Real Estate Business, Hotel & Leisure Facilities Management and its equivalent qualifications will be an added advantage. Knowledge of the Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act and good experience will be an added advantage. Demonstrated oral and written communication skills. Mature and outgoing personality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Pay: $3,800.00 - $4,800.00 per month, depending on the interview. - Working in the East area. - Mon to Fri 9 am to 6 pm - Alt. Sat 9 am to 1 pm
