- Experience & Qualifications

- Hands on execution experience with Amazon ecosystem including Vendor/Seller Central, Ads, DSP, and AMC.
- Familiarity with POS data and retail measurement tools (e.g., Circana, Numerator, or similar syndicated and retailer-provided datasets)
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
- Comfort working with large datasets and making data-led decisions.
- Experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Purpose & Impact As Associate Performance Lead, you will execute full funnel performance marketing and digital shelf optimization across Unilever Beauty & Wellbeing (B&W) brands on Amazon including TRESemmé, Nexxus, Vaseline, Dove, SheaMoisture and other category-leading brands. You will be responsible for hands-on campaign activation and optimization, digital shelf excellence, and performance analysis to drive measurable growth in sales, share, and profitability. Operating within the Media & Retailer Marketing team, you will help accelerate Unilever's shift toward performance-led, consumer-centric retail marketing, partnering closely with Brand, Sales, Finance, and agency teams to translate strategy into best-in-class execution.
