The primary responsibilities of the Customer Care Contract Expert include, but are not limited to, the following: Serve as the primary point of contact for Hempel's top‑tier customers following the sales process. Manage large‑scale customer projects, including forecasting customer needs and coordinating all required documentation. Validate operational contract terms after the initial sale. Handle complex customer inquiries, including order placement, order tracking, delivery status updates, product information, and related requests. Prioritize customer purchase orders and coordinate supply accordingly. Manage and resolve customer complaints. Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues. Participate in internal strategic initiatives and projects.
