Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Drive key performance metrics in Safety, Quality, and Delivery while spending approximately 65% of your time on the production floor actively overseeing operations.

  • Daily Operations Management:
  • Review and adapt production plans to meet changing requirements
  • Plan and coordinate daily Pit Stops while maintaining updated targets on the Primary Visual Display (PVD)
  • Ensure proper resource allocation to address quality or line issues as they arise
  • Lead timely root cause analysis and implementation of appropriate corrective actions
  • Support eDHR implementation and documentation excellence
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Drive the creation and refinement of work instructions, standards, centerlines, and CILTs to enhance operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with the PM team to optimize preventive maintenance execution
  • Leadership Approach:
  • As a Line Leader, you'll embody servant leadership principles and demonstrate our company values while supporting your team. Your ability to build capabilities in others while maintaining operational excellence will be key to success in this role.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma and 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment (automated environment preferred)
  • Professional Certification (i.e. Leadership Training, College Coursework)

Requirements

  • BA/BS and 3 years of manufacturing experience in an automated environment
  • MA/MS and 1 year of manufacturing experience in an automated environment
  • 1 year of people leadership experience preferred.
