Ltd. What You Will Get To Do: Manage, mentor, and train a team of Unit Registrars, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Oversee daily operational tasks related to unit holder registration, subscription, redemption, transfer, and dividend processing, ensuring adherence to established procedures and regulatory requirements. Review and approve complex transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Act as a subject matter expert for unit registrar operations, resolving escalated issues and providing guidance to the team. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client service. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks, internal policies, and client service level agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Compliance, Client Services, IT) to resolve issues and improve cross-functional workflows. Prepare and present operational reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement. Conduct regular performance reviews for team members and provide constructive feedback. Participate in client meetings and represent the Unit Registrar team as needed.
