About the role
As a Regional AME Process Engineering Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in defining and coordinating automated manufacturing processes for electronic products within the region. Responsibilities

- Evaluate various assembly line concepts together with the Simulation Engineer, focusing on feasibility and efficiency
- Represent and provide regional-level expertise in at least one manufacturing technology, offering support to other departments on related technical issues
- Coordinate, monitor, and support the procurement and implementation of automated production lines, ensuring smooth handover to operational teams
- Lead project engineers involved in automation and industrialization efforts, while supporting cross-functional departments such as Quality and Project Management
- Drive manufacturing cost reduction through optimization of equipment capacity and process efficiency

- Strong understanding of NPI processes and manufacturing environments
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
- Project management skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, and a sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in MS Office tools

- Knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering design software
- Familiarity with JIRA, Microsoft Teams, and SAP systems
- Understanding of automotive industry standards such as VDA, ISO/TS, IATF, 8D, MSA, SPC, Pareto, APQP, PPAP, and FMEA
- What Makes You Eligible
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or computer science)
- 3-5 years of professional experience in electronics manufacturing, process engineering, or industrialization
- Proficiency in English and Hungarian at a communicative level
- Willingness to travel
