About the role

Create BIM Model (MEP & HVAC model) up to LOD 450 and do clash detection for coordination. Prepare MEP Building Services Layouts. Coordinates with the Engineer in preparation of design drawings and details for construction. Check drawings for discrepancies and errors and do corrections necessary for the project. Provides spot detail / Shop drawings for the clarity of the plans and details. Responsible for MEP drawing coordination with Architectural Create Architectural and structural 3D Model based on 2D drawings and do clash detection for coordination. Coordinates with the Architect ( architectural model input ) in preparation of design drawings and details for construction. Create render views and walkthrough videos out of the created models Able to use engineering sizing tools for pipes , ducts , cables , etc Making Site visit for the measurement of the Area, for as-built purposes. Extract BOQs & schedules for all MEP components such as Pipes , cable trays , cables , ducts , valves , duct accessories Diploma in on of engineering field ( mechanical preferred ) Ability to work using modeling software's such as ( Revit , AutoCAD , Plant 3D ) Ability to use clash detection software's such as Navisworks Have strong engineering background in both mechanical and electrical field Have fair knowledge on the MEP & HVAC system components and uses Ability to use Microsoft office applications
