Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or related analytical roles, preferably within consumer goods, retail, or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven experience leading demand planning or S&OP processes, including cross-functional alignment and consensus building.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable business decisions.
  • Advanced Excel skills required; experience with planning systems or similar tools is strongly preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and ability to build or interpret dashboards.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with high attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must.
  • APICS or similar supply chain certification is a plus.

The Senior Demand Planner is responsible for contributing to de development, management and continuous improvement, managing, and continuously improving the demand plan for assigned role, ensuring alignment with the company's commercial strategy and business objectives. This role combines statistical forecasting and cross-functional inputs to deliver accurate and actionable demand plans that ensure product availability aligned with market demand. The position plays a key role in the Demand Planning and S&OP process, collaborating closely with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to align on assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and drive consensus meetings. Additionally, the role supports key business initiatives such product launches, portfolio changes, while ensuring data integrity and visibility across systems and reporting tools. What Your Impact Will Be Lead key aspects of the demand planning process, including baseline generation, forecast adjustments, and final demand submission through the system. Contribute to the development and management of the demand plan aligned with commercial strategy, accurate volume projections and product availability aligned with commercial needs. Partner with Commercial and Supply Chain teams to develop consensus forecasts, incorporating key business drivers such as promotions, launches, and distribution changes. Facilitate demand review and follow-up meetings with cross-functional teams to align on assumptions, identify risks and opportunities, and define mitigation or action plans. Monitor and analyze demand performance KPIs related to Forecast Accuracy, identifying key drivers and providing actionable insights to improve forecast quality. Support key business processes and projects, ensuring accuracy in volume estimates and alignment with commercial timelines. Collaborate with Inventory and Supply teams to ensure alignment between demand plans and supply capabilities, supporting optimal inventory levels. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and standardization of demand planning processes, tools, and reporting. Communicate demand plans, assumptions, and associated risks clearly to stakeholders at different levels of the organization. Preferred experience in develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI/Tableau) to provide visibility and support data-driven decision-making.
