Responsibilities

- Solid understanding of Spanish and/or Italian labour and tax law, with the confidence to apply it independently.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs, and a natural comfort with data accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience working cross-functionally and communicating clearly with different teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to process improvement, with an interest in automation tools and finding smarter ways to work.
- Fluency in English plus Spanish or Italian.
