Responsibilities

  • Ultimately, the Engagement Manager's success is measured by how well clients understand and embrace the onboarding process, how accurately expectations are managed, and how confidently customers move through implementation toward successful adoption.
  • About you:
  • 5+ years of experience in professional services, consulting, or client-facing implementation roles within SaaS or technology industries.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex technical or process concepts clearly and effectively to executive and operational audiences.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience managing client expectations and aligning multiple stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and delivery frameworks.
  • Experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or industrial technology environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of Industry 4.0 principles and their application in maintenance engineering, smart manufacturing, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or PMP certification a plus).
