Duties / Key Responsibilities: Analytics Delivery & Governance Oversee development and delivery of Power BI dashboards across multiple business functions, ensuring adherence to enterprise reporting standards, KPI definitions, and visual guidelines. Drive continuous improvement in dashboard usability, performance, and scalability. Stakeholder Engagement & Business Partnership Act as a senior liaison between business leadership and the Data & Analytics team, translating strategic business objectives into actionable analytics roadmaps. Manage prioritization of requests across functions, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic goals. Team Leadership & Capability Development Lead and mentor Analytics Leads and Data Analysts, providing technical guidance, performance feedback, and fostering a culture of collaboration and analytical excellence. Allocate resources effectively across projects to ensure timely delivery. Strategic Planning & Process Improvement Contribute to the analytics roadmap in alignment with the Head of Analytics & AI, identifying opportunities for automation and supporting adoption of data-driven practices across the organization.
