Garity Advantage Agency is a fast-paced, growing insurance marketing organization conveniently located off Route 3 on the Norwell/Rockland border. We are seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented professional to join our team and help elevate our Customer Service function as we continue to scale. Position Overview The Contracting & Onboarding Specialist is an exciting entry-level opportunity at Garity Advantage. This role plays a key part in supporting agents through the contracting, certification, and onboarding processes. Working closely with internal sales teams, healthcare carriers, and agents, this individual ensures a smooth and successful onboarding experience from introduction through first sale. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, customer-focused, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist agents with questions related to contracting and certification processes
  • Proactively reach out to agents regarding contract status and provide support to ensure completion
  • Maintain carrier-specific contracting and certification procedures
  • Update and manage agent records in the CRM system
  • Track submitted contracts and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Review and update carrier contracting and certification reports
  • Support the Sales team with onboarding new agents and agencies
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes for growth and scalability
  • Guide agents from initial onboarding through their first successful sale

Requirements

  • Previous administrative, customer service, or insurance-related experience is a plus, but not required
