Responsibilities
- Assist agents with questions related to contracting and certification processes
- Proactively reach out to agents regarding contract status and provide support to ensure completion
- Maintain carrier-specific contracting and certification procedures
- Update and manage agent records in the CRM system
- Track submitted contracts and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Review and update carrier contracting and certification reports
- Support the Sales team with onboarding new agents and agencies
- Identify opportunities to improve processes for growth and scalability
- Guide agents from initial onboarding through their first successful sale
