Position Summary This role is responsible for defining and executing the company's global brand strategy, including market positioning, messaging, executive thought leadership, analyst relations, corporate communications, and brand governance. Reporting to executive leadership, this individual will play a critical role in strengthening the company's visibility, influence, and reputation among enterprise buyers, industry analysts, prospective employees, partners, and the broader market. Success in this role will be measured by the company's ability to strengthen its market presence, improve analyst positioning, increase brand visibility and share of voice, enhance executive thought leadership, and establish a consistent global brand experience that supports long-term business growth. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Market Positioning Develop and own the company's brand strategy, ensuring our market position reflects the scale, capabilities, and innovation of the business today. Define and evolve the company's messaging architecture, value proposition, and brand narrative across all audiences, markets, and service lines. Establish and maintain brand governance, standards, and frameworks that create consistency across sales, marketing, operations, talent acquisition, and client-facing functions. Identify opportunities to strengthen differentiation and increase market visibility in the CX, AI, healthcare, financial services, utilities, and technology sectors. Executive Visibility & Thought Leadership Build and lead a comprehensive executive thought leadership program that elevates the profile of the company and its leadership team across industry channels. Develop content, speaking strategies, media opportunities, and social visibility programs that position the company executives as trusted voices in AI-powered customer experience and business transformation. Partner closely with senior leadership to translate business strategy into compelling market narratives. Analyst Relations & Industry Influence Own relationships with key industry analysts, including Gartner, Forrester, Everest Group, NelsonHall, and other influential research organizations. Develop and execute a proactive analyst relations strategy designed to improve the company's positioning in market evaluations, reports, and buyer research journeys. Ensure the company maintains a strong, differentiated presence within key industry conversations and market assessments. Market Visibility & Brand Performance Develop programs that increase share of voice, strengthen brand awareness, and improve market perception across target audiences. Establish meaningful brand performance metrics including awareness, sentiment, analyst positioning, executive engagement, and brand contribution to commercial outcomes. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to ensure the company remains relevant and differentiated. Sales & Brand Alignment Partner with Sales, Client Services, and Solutions teams to ensure brand strategy is effectively reflected in RFP responses, capability presentations, customer experiences, events, and market-facing content. Support revenue growth by creating brand programs that influence enterprise buyer perception and strengthen competitive positioning throughout the buying journey. Ensure marketing investments and brand initiatives are aligned with broader business objectives and growth priorities. Team Leadership Build, develop, and lead a high-performing brand and communications organization, including internal team members, agency partners, and external vendors.
