About the role
Job Responsibilities Execute end-to-end procurement activities in accordance with the Company's Procurement Policies and Procedures, including purchase order (PO) issuance and invoice matching. Source quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best value, delivery schedule, and payment terms. Verify deliveries against purchase orders and resolve any discrepancies with vendors. Support RFQ enquiries from the project and engineering teams. Minimum Qualifications / Experience Required Diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. At least 1 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in the construction or engineering industry. Good understanding of construction materials, material costing, and Bills of Quantities (BOQ). Strong analytical, planning, communication, and negotiation skills. Able to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines. Good coordination and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different departments and suppliers. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. A team player with integrity, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
