Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and commercial design for the Japan Fabric & Home Care business to support strategic growth
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop mid- and long-term business strategies and financial glidepaths
• Manage monthly regional financial forecasts and validate actual financial results for accuracy
• Analyze financial impacts of initiatives, category plans, pricing, and promotions to provide actionable recommendations to business leaders
• Deliver high standards of financial stewardship by ensuring robust organizational processes and workflow controls
• Consolidate and report business results to senior management, explaining variances and key performance drivers
• Identify financial improvement opportunities through detailed analysis to support business unit leaders
• Role Requirements
• Minimum 4 years managing financial forecasts and budgets within a matrix organization requiring agility
• Detailed understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated maturity, integrity, and discretion in handling sensitive information
• Proven analytical problem-solving skills including research and data analysis to resolve financial issues
• Business proficient in Japanese and knowledge of the Japan market to facilitate collaboration and communication within the Japan market
• Expertise in financial modeling
