UX Designer with 4 years experience (Contract)

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in UX Design, Product Design, Service Design, or related disciplines.
• Experience designing end-to-end digital services, systems, or platforms.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience facilitating workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, systems thinking, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with government agencies or large organisations is an advantage.
• Experience leading initiatives or mentoring others is a plus.

Additional Information

[12 months contract, Renewable] As a UX Designer, you will work with agencies and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, operational challenges, and user pain points. You will help defi ne problems, facilitate discovery, design end-to-end experiences, validate solutions with users, and support implementation. Depending on the engagement, your work may involve designing a digital service, operational workflow, internal system, public-facing platform, or a combination of these.
