[12 months contract, Renewable] As a UX Designer, you will work with agencies and cross-functional teams to understand business needs, operational challenges, and user pain points. You will help defi ne problems, facilitate discovery, design end-to-end experiences, validate solutions with users, and support implementation. Depending on the engagement, your work may involve designing a digital service, operational workflow, internal system, public-facing platform, or a combination of these. You will play an active role in influencing decisions through research, design thinking, and evidence-based recommendations. Within your first month... ● Understand the team's mission, delivery approach, and current engagements. ● Familiarise yourself with agency stakeholders, business domains, and user groups. ● Contribute to ongoing discovery and design activities. By the end of 3 months... ● Lead or support workshops, stakeholder engagements, and requirements gathering activities. ● Map user journeys, service flows, and operational processes. ● Design and validate solutions with users and stakeholders. ● Deliver design artefacts that support product and engineering teams in implementation.
