Responsibilities
- Support CMDB data maintenance, updates, and reconciliation activities
- Assist in onboarding Configuration Items (CIs) and service mapping
- Monitor CMDB health dashboards and data quality metrics
- Work with Discovery and Asset teams to ensure data alignment
- Support governance activities including audits and compliance checks
- Assist in identifying duplicate, stale, or orphan CI records

- You will be successful in this role if you have:
- BA/BS degree and 0-2 years' relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
