Serve as a visible marketing leader at national conferences, surgical symposia, live procedure broadcasts, and key industry events. Translate clinical and economic evidence into compelling value propositions and messaging that resonate across surgeon, hospital, and administrative stakeholders. Team Leadership & Culture Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals, setting a high bar for strategic thinking, commercial execution, and cross-functional collaboration. Build a team culture grounded in data-driven decision-making, thought leadership, and a strong bias for action. Mentor and grow team members, creating clear development pathways and a shared sense of mission. Commercial Excellence & Analytics Establish a discipline of measuring the impact and return on all marketing investments, with structured KPIs and performance reporting to leadership. Leverage data and market analytics to surface actionable insights, refine strategy, and communicate results through compelling executive-level storytelling.
