Responsibilities
- Front of House / Reception, & Hospitality:

Purpose of role: Our relief team offers a flexible solution to Williams Lea, which will involve you, often working on critical projects on client sites. This role is a unique opportunity for someone who is looking for extra hours/ work to support themselves through quieter periods. Due to the nature of this assignment, work volumes will be ad-hoc and sometimes come with a week or two notice. This role aims to provide cover amongst some of our busiest London clients sites, ensuring support is there for holidays and both short term & long-term sickness cover. Your role will be varied depending on the needs of the individual client sites; however, core tasks can include welcoming clients and visitors to the office, organising and preparing hospitality, offering administrative support to the firm, reprographics and data related tasks. Every task which is undertaken must be delivered with an exceptional customer service approach.
