About the role

Grade Level (for internal use): 10 The Team: We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and skilled software engineer for S&P Global Market Intelligence. This developer would help us to accelerate our Energy Transition work. The Impact: As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will be part of the development team that manages and supports the Internal applications that are supporting Energy Dataset. Requirements

Bachelor's / master's degree in computer science, Information Systems or equivalent.
5-8 years of significant experience in web development using
Programming Languages and Libraries: C#, ASP .NET MVC, .NET Core, Container platforms , Java Script, jQuery, Typescript, HTML, Front End Web Development
Good database concepts and experience working with SQL Server T-SQL, PosgreSQL
Interface Protocols & Standards: HTTP, JSON, Restful Services, MS Web API
Experience or exposure to GenAI/MCP tools
Frameworks and Patterns: SPA Framework, Entity Framework, WCF, MVVM, MVP
Experience of GraphQL, Micro Frontend, ReactJS will be preferred.
Operating Systems: Windows
Processes: Scaled Agile Framework, Software Engineering, Object-Oriented Software, Design Patterns, Agile Programming, Cross-browser Compatibility
Ability to resolve serious performance related issues through various techniques, including testing, debugging and profiling
Possess a true "roll up the sleeves and get it done" working approach; proven success as a problem solver, operating as a client-focused self-started
