Primary responsibilities include overseeing the stability and performance of cloud and on-premises environments, leading application support and operational response processes, directing service delivery and technical operations teams, enabling scalable infrastructure for engineering initiatives, managing enterprise network and database services, and partnering closely with stakeholders across technology and business functions to support organizational objectives. As a technology leader within the organization, you will drive visibility into operational KPIs in partnership with product and engineering teams, proactively mitigate risks to application performance and availability, and identify opportunities to improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency across platforms and services.
