Part-Time Service Crew (Delifrance)

About the role

Deliver friendly and efficient food and beverage service to ensure a positive guest experience. Take accurate customer orders and process them through the POS system, including handling payments. Prepare and serve food and beverages for dine-in and takeaway orders. Attend to customer enquiries and feedback, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary. Promote current and upcoming promotions to enhance customer engagement. Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times. Ensure proper display of food items and assist customers with selection and packing. Support daily outlet operations, including stock replenishment, receiving deliveries, storage, and opening/closing duties. Assist with basic baking duties where required. Comply with company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards. Perform any other duties as assigned.
