About the role
The Head of Strategic Sales will be the driving force behind the adoption and growth of our Offerwall (OW) solution among China's top-tier app publishers and game developers. - Bridge the Market-Product Gap: Act as the primary liaison between the market and Global Product teams, translating local cultural trends and "reward preferences" into scalable, high-impact features.
- Master Tech-Business Fluency: You'll seamlessly pivot between deep-dive technical discussions with engineers (SDKs, APIs) and high-stakes financial pitches to executives (ARPU, eCPM, Fill Rates).
- Architect Seasonal Dominance: Proactively design and execute "Currency Sales" and high-velocity campaigns during China's most critical commercial windows, such as Golden Week and the New Year.
- Drive Commercial Excellence: Take full ownership of the revenue targets, moving beyond "maintenance mode" to relentlessly identify and close new opportunities for expansion and optimization.
