We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Commercial Administrator to join our Commercial team in Dublin. This role will take ownership of supporting the commercial team both in Dublin & across our European project locations. The successful candidate will demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), coupled with strong reporting, data management, and presentation development skills. You will support the commercial team of with administration, document control, and coordination to ensure project information is accurate, organised, and progressed on time. This position will be based on-site five days per week in our head office, Ballymount, Dublin 22 Key Responsibilities Process orders in line with company procedures Perform general administration, data entry, and ad hoc office tasks Maintain and organise project documentation Track document comments and follow up on responses Support the commercial team with reporting and deadlines Attend project meetings and assist with action tracking Requirements 2-3 years' experience in administration (construction, engineering, finance or similar preferred) Strong administrative and organisational skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (essential) High attention to detail and ability to multitask Strong communication and teamwork skills In return, we offer newly refurbished offices, a positive and collaborative working environment, and daily fresh fruit for employees.
