Responsibilities
- Process Optimization: Streamline operational processes and data flows within RGA administration systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.

- University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Analysis, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 6-8 years in the financial industry, preferably in life insurance or reinsurance.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel with PivotTables, Power Query) and database tools (SQL, Alteryx).
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Python, VBA, Power Automate, and Alteryx; ability to research and recommend new solutions.
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning new technologies e.g. AI tools and adapting to evolving business needs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for streamlining manual tasks through automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in English and Cantonese highly preferred.
