Schedules staff /team duty roster and complies with hotel grooming standard and aligns with hotel core values Responds to guest's feedback promptly and seeks remedy action immediately Initiates and maintains guests and vendors relationship Reviews and updates Bar's P&P regularly To create at least 1 event per quarter by partnering with Suppliers for promotional awareness To develop with the team monthly Cocktail promotions (Cocktail of the month) To create at least 5 beverage promotions per year EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE: Diploma in F&B/Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification Minimum 3 years of similar experience in the hotel or free-standing restaurant and bar Accustomed to and comfortable with media exposure Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Highly organised with strong analytic and communication skills Oral and written fluency in English and an additional language
