For information on future scholarship opportunities, please visit our NDOT Good Life, Great Journey Scholarship landing page at: https://dot.nebraska.gov/about/scholarship-program/ Requirements/Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university (two to four-year institution) OR recently graduated (within one year) from an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university (two-to-four-year institution). Other: Must be currently enrolled or plan to enroll in one of the approved technical programs at a partnering technical college. Must meet all pre-enrollment/enrollment requirements of the technical college for which you are enrolled or plan to enroll. Must be enrolled as a fulltime student and remain in good standing. Must earn sufficient credit hours to graduate within 24 months of college enrollment. Must be able to work as an intern part-time at least 10 hours during the work week and more during school breaks. Must be actively engaged while interning and during the duration of your participation in the program. Demonstrate strong organization, decision making, and problem-solving skills. Keen attention to detail, a high level of initiative, and ability to work well as a teammate and independently. Punctual. Showcase professional conduct in the workplace, the school, and beyond.
