About the role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support our sales and growth efforts. This is a hands-on role where you will help identify new opportunities, engage prospective clients, and support our end-to-end sales process - from first contact to signed deal. You will get direct exposure to enterprise sales cycles, B2B client conversations, and the fast-moving world of SaaS. Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn, and networking events
- Support lead generation, pipeline management, and CRM maintenance
- Coordinate and participate in sales meetings, product demos, and client presentations
- Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and customised sales materials
- Conduct market and competitor research to surface new business opportunities
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients and industry partners
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams on growth initiatives
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and progress
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome- we invest in developing talent from the ground up
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Self-starter with initiative, curiosity, and a positive, resilient attitude
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
- Prior internship or experience in sales, BD, customer service, or consulting is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous
- Interest in SaaS, HR technology, or the future of work is a bonus
