About the role
As an Engagement Manager , you will drive end-to-end delivery for consulting engagements across technology-driven domains (TMT, Automotive, Manufacturing, Telecom, Semiconductors, and adjacent areas). Responsibilities
- End-to-End Project Delivery
- Own engagement delivery from kickoff to final output, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Lead multiple workstreams and manage risks proactively to ensure predictable delivery and client confidence.
- Drive crisp, structured, and insight-led deliverables that translate research and analysis into recommendations.
- Research & Insight Development
- Guide teams on primary and secondary research approaches; validate data quality and analytical rigor.
- Review and refine insights, patterns, and implications (qualitative and quantitative) to strengthen recommendations.
- Ensure deliverables meet high standards of written and visual communication.
- Client & Stakeholder Management
- Lead client communication and expectation management - clarify requirements, run structured cadence, and drive alignment.
- Engage effectively across CXO and senior stakeholder levels, ensuring outputs are decision-ready and credible.
- Manage external research partners / vendors where applicable.
- Business Development & Solutioning
- Support deal pursuits by participating in client calls, pitching solutions, and shaping proposals.
- Design engagement structures - resourcing plans, effort estimates, travel assumptions, and pricing inputs.
- Build proof-of-concepts where required and contribute to solution narratives and sales collateral.
- Practice Development & Knowledge Building
- Support practice/team building efforts and capability development.
- Contribute to thought leadership through knowledge nuggets, frameworks, whitepapers, and capability decks.
- Help codify repeatable methodologies and build reusable assets for scale.
- People Leadership & Coaching
- Lead and motivate project teams; coach on research, analysis, and consulting-grade communication.
- Drive performance through clear expectations, feedback, and development-oriented mentoring.
- Promote execution rigor in fast-paced, timeline-driven environments.

- Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (Engineering) from a top-tier university; MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant consulting experience with strong end-to-end engagement ownership.
- Domain exposure across technology-led sectors such as TMT, automotive, manufacturing, telecom, semiconductors, or similar.
- Key Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capability; comfort with data-heavy, insight-led work.
