Responsibilities
- Plans will include integrated campaigns and initiatives spanning above-the-line, below-the-line, digital, social, branch/ambient, sales tools, events, strategic media communications and corporate gift channels.
- Provide strong stewardship and quality assurance on Group Business' marketing content across all channels.

- Evaluate creative and media agencies and guide them in developing effective marketing channels and collaterals, while maintaining budget efficiency and an optimal channel mix.
- Work closely with the Analytics teams for more effective customer segmentation and targeting.
- Monitor and track campaign performance and results that aid effective decision-making for future campaigns and for best practice sharing.
- Monitor, track and optimise allocated marketing budgets against planned initiatives, to achieve agreed annual business targets.
- Job requirements
- Possesses a Diploma or Degree in Mass Communications, Business, Marketing, Humanities, English, or related fields. Relevant experience will be strongly preferred.
- Possess strong work ethics, with a sense of ownership and integrity.
- Proactive, resourceful, curious and motivated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with creative thinking and critical analysis skills.
- Strong attention to details and organisation, with excellent time and project management skills to thrive in a very fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; it is mandatory that the candidate be able to collaborate effectively as a team player and work with stakeholders across the bank as he/she is expected to influence the best possible outcomes for bank and business.
