Responsibilities

- Minimum 5 years' hospitality industry experience, including at least 2 years in a training or similar role
- Proficiency in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong facilitation skills to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted partnerships with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks under pressure, and develop proactive solutions
- Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards
- Experience in hotel operations is advantageous
