Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a training network aligned with Kempinski standards by engaging with hotel operations teams

  • Required competencies and certifications
  • University degree in Training or Human Resources
  • Minimum 5 years' hospitality industry experience, including at least 2 years in a training or similar role
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong facilitation skills to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trusted partnerships with team members and stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks under pressure, and develop proactive solutions
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards
  • Experience in hotel operations is advantageous
