Requirements
- 3-5 years of marketing, proposal coordination, or business development support experience.
- Experience supporting pursuits within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry will be prioritized.
- Demonstrated success preparing proposals and qualifications packages for public sector agencies and private-sector clients.
- Familiarity with New York and New Jersey public agency procurement processes is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related discipline preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite applications such as Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
- Familiarity with website content management platforms and digital marketing tools is beneficial.
- Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
