As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will have the opportunity use your skills and experience to support the development of the talent acquisition strategy for our new studio in Madrid. Working closely with the TA Manager, and with the Employer Branding Specialist you will be responsible for achieving ambitious goals by actively recruit as well as developing innovative initiatives, robust structures, and processes, and ultimately contributing to the growth of an industry-leading Talent Acquisition team. Main Responsibilities: ๐Ÿ”Ž Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social platforms, professional networks, etc.). ๐Ÿ“… Plan interviews and selection procedures , including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews. ๐Ÿ“Š Report on KPIs, projects, and deliverables per country to the HRBP to Operations and key stakeholders as required. ๐Ÿ’ก Proactively source candidates while identifying additional and new financially feasible sources. ๐Ÿ“ Create and manage recruitment pipelines as well as report on TA activities per market. ๐Ÿ”„ Follow the agreed Talent Acquisition processes to ensure a thorough, consistent, and objective selection process is undertaken with each candidate. ๐ŸŽ™๏ธ Undertake thorough, fair, and well-evidenced interviews with potential candidates, including briefing them on the interview process and managing their expectations effectively. ๐Ÿค Initiate and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and assist with their Talent Acquisition needs. ๐Ÿ’ผ Partner with the employer branding team to create talent attraction initiatives. ๐Ÿค Manage the onboarding and EVO buddy program for the allocated market. ๐ŸŒ Proactively network with the Operations team, meeting stakeholders where possible, to remain informed about business performance and hiring needs. ๐Ÿ” Develop strong external knowledge of EVO's market to provide guidance and advice to internal stakeholders (e.g., competitor and market analysis, candidate profiling, etc.). ๐Ÿ‘ฅ Deliver high levels of customer service and work to ensure the talent acquisition process is well-managed. ๐Ÿค Manage the entire recruitment process for the allocated market , including offer and collection of documentation and proof of eligibility (i.e.: passports, ID cards, etc.). ๐ŸŒŸ Maintain post-hiring contact with new hires to ensure an outstanding candidate experience. ๐ŸŽฏ Where relevant, provide additional support to the business around sourcing, identifying, and assessing potential candidates. ๐ŸŒ Proactively and professionally represent Evolution in the external market as an employer of choice for candidates (i.e.: attending job fairs, etc.). ๐Ÿ“‹ Any other duties as required.
