We are looking for a Product Content Specialist to own and maintain content quality across our personal finance products, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency across platforms. This role sits at the intersection of content, product, and technology. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Campaigns, SEO, and Commercial teams to ensure that product content is correctly structured, configured, and displayed across our CMS and user-facing pages. This role reports to the Product Manager and plays a key role in ensuring scalable and reliable content operations as we continue migrating and expanding our CMS infrastructure. The Product Content Specialist will be responsible for: CMS Operations Manage product, offer, and campaign configurations in Strapi Ensure content is correctly structured and mapped to frontend components Validate that CTA behavior, labels, and product attributes are configured correctly Conduct regular audits to identify outdated, incorrect, or misconfigured content Support CMS migrations, enhancements, and content model updates Rewards & Promotions Setup Set up and maintain reward forms and offers in Rewards Gateway Configure reward logic, eligibility criteria, and promotional messaging Ensure alignment between CMS product configuration and reward display Support transactional and post-application messaging flows Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Product and Engineering teams on the following: Validate content requirements for new features Raise and document content-impacting technical issues Coordinate with Commercial and Campaign teams to support provider requests Assist Analytics and BA teams with click tracking and attribution setup when required In this role, we are looking for someone with: 2-3 years of writing experience Outstanding command of the English language. Strong writing skills, with emphasis on efficiency and accuracy Some experience with content management systems; experience with Google Optimize & ContentStack & Hubspot & Strapi preferred Meticulous and detail-oriented Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Able to prioritise and complete tasks assigned Good to Have: A keen interest in the world of personal finance Knowledge in UI/UX writing Experience supporting content QA or CMS migrations #MoneyMax #LI-RR1 What can you expect from us?
