Marmon GIC is looking for motivated fresh Mechanical Engineers. In this role, you will be given exposure to work with various department like Engineering, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Testing, etc. Key Responsibilities / Functions: Willing to learn new skills Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical Engineering subjects On-time project delivery while upholding utmost technical and quality standards Technical deliverables including design data, calculations, drawings, test reports etc. Need to co-ordinate and execute tasks in global environment Personal Characteristics and Attributes Strong analytical and complex problem-solving skills Strong desire in learning new technologies and methodologies Good business communication (written/verbal) Curious nature & Self-starter who can work under minimal guidance/ supervision Flexible in adapting quickly to changing business needs, tasks, and project priorities Ability & willingness to travel locally, nationally, or internationally when required Required Qualifications: (Technical Skills/Knowledge) Strong understanding of fundamentals of Mechanical Engineering (Engineering Drawing, Mechanics/Strength of Material, Manufacturing Process, Machine Design, etc.) Projects involving Computational Fluid Dynamics and Finite Element analysis will be an added advantage Exposure to CAE tools like Ansys [Mechanical and Fluent] will be valued Exposure to CAD software like Solidworks, Inventor, NX, Creo will be an advantage Exposure to manufacturing environment is an advantage Ability to execute & deliver given tasks within agreed time and with quality Good English communication skill, both written & verbal Basic knowledge of using Microsoft Office tools, namely Excel, Word & PowerPoint Following receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law .
