Responsibilities

• This project is with a leading Corporate & Investment Bank as a Project Manager for AI transformation . You will support the design and delivery of the LLM-based productivity tool.
• Act as the point of coordination between Group AI and various Business Units
• Support delivery of a multi-year strategic AI transformation programme
• Coordinate the transition of existing AI use cases (pilot and production) across a two-phase migration:
• Switching endpoints to the Group AI platform
• Aligning platform capabilities with Business Unit requirements
• Conduct analysis of capability gaps and support the development of phased transition plans
• Track, monitor, and report on migration progress, risks, and dependencies
• Provide regular management reporting and updates to senior stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, engaging up to Managing Director level
• Oversee programme progress and ensure deliverables
• SKILLS & EXPERTISE
• At least 5 years of experience in financial services , consulting, or AI/data-related transformation programmes
• Strong project management experience in large-scale transformation or technology programmes
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, including machine learning, Generative AI, and enterprise AI platforms
• Familiarity with AI project lifecycles, including pilot, production, and platform integration stages
• Proven stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical capability, including gap analysis and solution planning
• Understanding of AI governance, risk, and compliance considerations within financial services is a plus
• Experience in management reporting, tracking programme progress, risks, and performance
• Self-starter with strong organisational skills, able to work in a fast-paced and complex environment
