The Site Services role is responsible for oversee and coordinate end-to-end Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services, including cafeteria operations, employee transportation, cleaning and housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and other soft services, ensuring service delivery meets contractual, safety, and operational standards. The role acts as the single point of coordination for all outsourced IFM and service providers. While day-to-day execution is carried out by vendors, this position focuses on service governance, performance monitoring, cost control, compliance assurance, and continuous improvement in alignment with contractual SLAs, regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate all IFM vendors and ensure SLA compliance and service quality. Conduct regular performance reviews, audits, and improvement actions. Cafeteria & Employee Services Oversee daily cafeteria operations, food quality, hygiene, and service standards. Conduct routine inspections of kitchen, serving areas, and back-of-house. Ensure cafeteria equipment is maintained and serviced via CMMS/work orders. Manage beverage supply and consumables to ensure service continuity. Facilities Maintenance (Hard & Soft Services) Oversee maintenance of building maintenance, pest control, janitorial services, plumbing, landscape and cafeteria-related systems. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance is executed by IFM/contractors. Maintain housekeeping, hygiene, and site cleanliness standards. Vendor & Contract Management Manage service contracts, purchase orders, and vendor performance. Coordinate with Facility Manager and contractors for maintenance execution. Handle escalation, issue resolution, and service follow-up. Ensure compliance with IMS, RBA, food safety, environmental, and EHS standards. Support audits and sustainability initiatives. Facilitate monthly cafeteria committee meetings and track actions. Provide regular service performance and incident reports. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for service alignment. Provide 24/7 standby support for critical facility issues. Lead response and recovery during major site incidents. Ensure continuity of essential employee services. Identify service gaps and drive corrective/preventive actions with vendors. Improve efficiency, reliability, and employee service experience. REQUIRED : Bachelor's Degree in: Science & Technology, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management with relevant operational experience. PREFERRED: Certifications: Food Handling/Food Safety Certificate (preferred), Facilities Management or Safety-related training (advantageous).
